- The service begins at 10:30 a.m. and usually ends by 11:30 a.m., followed by a coffee hour.
Lifespan Faith Development
- For Children: (grades K through 8) is held during the worship service (students attend the first part of the service, and then are dismissed to their classes as part of the service).
- High school students usually attend the worship service and meet at other times for their program.
Nursery Care:
- Nursery care (ages birth to 4) is available during most worship services.
Preaching at UUCSV
- Sermons are an important part of worship at UUCSV. Preaching is a ministry of both our minister and members of the worship committee. Our minister preaches three times per month. On other Sundays, a member of the worship committee offers a sermon, talk or presentation.
- From a variety of speakers you will hear messages that reflect a spectrum of theologies and religious experiences. Our worship will reflect wisdom from the world's religions, including Unitarian Universalist, Jewish, Christian, Buddhist and Humanist teachings, as well as spiritual teachings of Earth--centered traditions.
- Throughout the year at UUCSV, there will be a marvelous variety of religious thoughts and ideas presented in worship. Samples can be found below:
Please come and worship with us.
